About FaceLift & Loose Threads

FaceLift by Loose Threads creates next-generation retail strategy and infrastructure for leading brands and retailers. Loose Threads’ analysis and advising background gives us 360-degree insight into your business and how you can make all of the individual pieces work in harmony. From day one, we've formed our own lens on the industries we study and work in, ignoring conventional wisdom and the herd mentality.

Richie Siegel — Founder and CEO

Richie is the founder and CEO of Loose Threads, which analyzes and advises next-generation consumer companies. He works with leading brands, retailers and real estate developers to define and execute long-term growth strategies.

Loose Threads’ deep understanding of rising customer acquisition costs and the changing online and offline landscape, as well as our interest in sustainable growth, positions us to effectively serve customers who are building retail strategy and infrastructure from scratch—or evolving what they already have.

Rebekah Kondrat — Partner

Rebekah helps our clients build flexible yet scalable retail businesses. She was previously Director of Retail Stores at Joybird, which was recently acquired by La-Z-Boy. Before that, she was the Regional Store Manager at Outdoor Voices, where she opened five retail locations across the U.S. and saw up to 30% YOY growth in comping stores.

She was among the first five Store Leaders at Warby Parker, where she helped build the policies and training to scale the business to 35 locations. Before Warby Parker, she was a member of the Apple Retail team, opening the largest flagship store at the time on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Jason Richter — Exclusive Real Estate Partner

Jason has spent the majority of his career as an in-house executive for the nation’s largest developers and retailers. He has personally been involved in over 2,000 deals, working with leading brands (Apple, Outdoor Voices, Victoria’s Secret, Levis, J.Crew and Starbucks) and landlords (Simon, Brookfield, Westfield, Taubman, Vornado, and Acadia).

As a retailer, Jason was head of Real Estate, Construction & Facilities for American Apparel, Perfumania, Ricky’s, Jimmy Jazz and Man Alive, in addition to national and international brands with between 200-400 stores each across 18 countries and 40 states.
